We would like to present you our hotel with few word: domestic conduction; it is set in a beautiful olive grove; quiet, sunny and in a panoramic position; 150 m distance to the centre of Limone which once used to be a typical fisher village, to tennis grounds and to the lake.

The hotel has 3 buildings with 160 beds and two dependence �Oliven Residenz� with ten flats. It offers an air-conditioned dining room, a TV-room with satellite TV, bar, lift, private car park and garage. From the terrace it offers a beautiful view on the lake.

All rooms have shower/Wc, central heating, telephone, minibar, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, air-conditioning, balcony or terrace with lake view.

The complete modernization and enlargement of the dining room, the bar with the TV-room, lounge and reading room, tavern and the reception all with air-conditioning.
